These terms govern your use of PHWIN and everything on it, your account, your bets, your bonuses, and your withdrawals. Read the key sections. They are written to be clear, not confusing.
Account Rules — What You Must Know
Your PHWIN account is your responsibility. Everything that happens under your username — every bet placed, every deposit made, every withdrawal requested — is treated as your action. Keep your credentials private.
One account per person. Each player is permitted exactly one account on PHWIN. One account per person, per household, and per IP address. Duplicate accounts — regardless of reason — result in permanent suspension of all accounts involved and forfeiture of any balance held.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use PHWIN. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. PHWIN reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
Account Verification (KYC)
PHWIN may require identity verification before processing withdrawals or at any point during your account activity. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requested. Submitting false documents results in immediate account termination.
Real information only. Your registered name must match your GCash, Maya, or bank account name exactly. Mismatches delay or block withdrawals.
Account security is your responsibility. Never share your password. PHWIN staff will never ask for your password. Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately.
Account suspension. PHWIN reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these terms, without prior notice, pending investigation.
Account Closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting Live Support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal after identity verification is completed. Accounts with pending bets cannot be closed until those bets are settled.
Betting & Payouts — How It Works
All bets placed on PHWIN are final once confirmed. Results are determined by the game provider’s certified random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live games, by the outcome of the live event. PHWIN does not influence game results.
Winnings are paid to your PHWIN account balance immediately after settlement. Withdrawal processing times depend on your chosen payment method — GCash and Maya typically settle within minutes, while bank transfers may take up to 24 hours on business days.
Minimum and Maximum Bets
Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, displayed within the game interface. These limits exist to protect both players and the platform. Attempting to place bets outside these limits will be rejected automatically.
Void Bets and Disputes
A bet may be voided if a technical error occurs during placement or if the event is cancelled before completion. Voided bets are returned to your account balance in full. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event through Live Support.

Withdrawal to third-party accounts is not permitted. All withdrawals must go to a payment account registered under the same name as your PHWIN account. Requests to send funds to another person’s account will be declined and may trigger a security review.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses offered by PHWIN are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Attempting to abuse bonus terms — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — results in cancellation of the bonus and potential account suspension.
Wagering Requirements
Each bonus specifies a rollover requirement. You must wager the bonus amount the stated number of times before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
Bonus Expiry
Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
One Bonus Per Offer
Each promotion is available once per player, per household, and per IP address. Duplicate claims are automatically flagged and removed.
PHWIN’s Right to Modify
PHWIN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon announcement on the platform.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on PHWIN. Violations result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the platform.
Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus systems.
Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized means.
Registering or operating more than one account on the platform under any circumstances.
Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute legitimate transactions through your payment provider.
General Terms
Changes to Terms
PHWIN may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. PHWIN operates under a valid PAGCOR license and complies with applicable local regulations.
Limitation of Liability
PHWIN is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, network outages, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, provided reasonable steps were taken to resolve the issue.
